    It's MAN vs PLANE!  The 15th Annual Special Kids & Families Plane Pull is set for Saturday, October 8, 2011.      The main event will feature adult teams of 20 that compete by pulling a 727 FedEx jet weighing in at approximately 155,000 pounds!  Youth teams will compete to pull a 32,000 pound FedEx ATR feeder aircraft.  Prizes will be awarded for the adult team that pulls its plane 12 feet (and the youth team that pulls its plane 20 feet) in the shortest amount of time.  Expect lots of family fun, music and entertainment along with tons of excitement for the kids - the public is welcome!

    All proceeds benefit Special Kids and Families, which celebrates over 20 years of providing family-centered programs and   services that address the unique abilities and challenges of young children with special needs.
